about

The strategist behind the scroll-stopper.

I'm a strategist and content creator who thinks in hooks, formats, and what actually gets shared. I started in fashion startups, then moved into freelance and agency work leading content for wellness brands, medical practices, and nonprofits.

My focus now is turning clinical, sensitive, or overlooked topics into content people want to send to a friend, without losing accuracy or trust along the way.

Online or off, I bring the same curiosity, structure, and eye for rising trends.

services
01

Content Creation + Management

I run the full production pipeline: ideation, editing, copywriting, scheduling, and delivery, so clients get consistent, high-quality output.

02

Trend Prediction + Strategy

I track and predict what's working on social right now, then build a plan around it, helping clients grow their reach and community with content designed to spread.

03

Social Audits + Consulting

I audit social presence and influencer programs for brands and nonprofits, then hand back a clear plan for how to show up better online.

Results, on the record.

A few different mechanisms for going viral, all from my current freelance and agency work, built for clients in sensitive or clinical spaces. Click a case to open it.

Humor performed here because it was personal. The post featured my client's own pregnant wife, something I could pull off because I know his family and the dynamic between them, not just his practice. That familiarity is what let the moment feel authentic instead of staged.

  • Family as content. Using his own pregnant wife instead of a generic scenario made the humor feel real, not performative.
  • Niche fluency beats broad appeal. Knowing exactly what already resonates with an OB/GYN audience made the format an easy call.
  • Humor builds trust fast. A lighthearted moment makes the provider feel human, without losing clinical credibility.

I repurposed the iconic clip of babies delivered from the sky and overlaid text that reframed it through the lens of infertility, creating instant contrast between a magical, media portrayal of conception and the real, painful longing many people carry.

  • Nostalgia plus tension. Familiar footage paired with a bittersweet reframe travels fast.
  • Built for the algorithm. Short, recognizable, and comment-heavy ("this hurts," "this is so real").
  • One universal line. "It's not this simple for everyone" resonated across the entire fertility journey.

I designed a clean, medically accurate graphic mapping each centimeter of dilation to a fruit cross-section, something people already recognize, so a clinical number every pregnant person hears but can't picture became instantly graspable.

  • Simplification is shareable. Anxiety-inducing numbers turned into an image anyone can parse in seconds.
  • Nearly universal audience. Relevant to anyone who has been, is, or loves someone who's been pregnant.
  • Built to screenshot. Clean hierarchy and no clutter meant it stayed legible even at thumbnail size (327 comments, 50.9K likes).

For this client, the focus was consistency and range: a steady stream of educational content that breaks down complex hormone health topics without losing her voice or credibility, balanced with funny, relatable content that still lives squarely in her niche. That mix is what took the account to 1.1M profile views and 7.6K new followers in a single 30-day window, across 80 pieces of published content.

  • Makes complexity accessible. She breaks down dense endocrinology concepts into something anyone can follow, without losing the credibility of her clinical voice.
  • Range keeps her human. Mixing in funny, relatable content alongside the education, all still within her niche, keeps the account feeling like a person, not a lecture.
  • Consistency compounds. A steady publishing cadence, not one-off virality, is what moved the profile-level numbers: 7.6K new followers in 30 days alone.

This one used a real, already-viral clip as the entry point, stitching a video people were actively talking about, then using the caption to actually teach: why more filler doesn't mean a better result, why anatomy dictates what's realistic, and why filler sometimes isn't the right tool at all. That mix of trend timing and clinical honesty is what makes his content land.

  • Rode a real trend, not a generic hook. Stitching an already-viral video meant the post started with built-in attention instead of starting from zero.
  • Told the truth, even when it's not the easy sell. The caption is upfront about the limits of filler, which builds more trust than an inflated promise would.
  • Anatomy over more product. Reinforcing that more filler isn't always the answer is exactly the kind of restraint that makes a provider credible.

What made this stand out is that a cosmetic dentist said, in effect, that she liked the smile better before the work was done. That's not the message this industry usually sends. Most cosmetic content pushes people toward more treatment, not less, so hearing a professional push back on that instinct read as honest instead of self-serving, and that honesty is what built trust fast.

  • Says the untraditional thing. A cosmetic dentist admitting she preferred the natural smile goes against what her own industry usually sells, which makes it feel like a genuine opinion, not a pitch.
  • Breaks the stigma from the inside. Coming from someone who does this work for a living, it reads as permission to be skeptical of over-treatment, not a warning from an outsider.
  • Earns trust by not selling. The post asks for nothing. That restraint is exactly what makes people trust her judgment when she does recommend something.

Good metrics are a byproduct, not the goal. The goal is to create a community that actually listens, rather than a group of followers who just scroll past.

Let's build something people can't scroll past.
